ecological determinism
i’ve been thinking about free will recently. i think it would be kinda depressing if it turned out that we were just passive actors in a cosmic play for nobody.
i just dont see how free will can exists when we our choices are determined by out genes and past experiences. we are given a predisposed tenancy to react in a certain way which is molded by the outcome of each previous decision.
